  • Database Management.  We have over 20 years of experience in database design and support.  This enables us to plan for integrity, reliability, and recoverability in our solutions.  This experience is of great value in the Information Assurance arena.
  • Vendor and Contract Management.  We have over 20 years of experience in the management of computer contracts and vendors, products, and services procured.  This understanding allows us to manage a wide range of technical requirements which are provided by external suppliers.
  • Life Cycle System Management.  We focus on doing the job right on the front end where the cost and complexity are the lowest.  We design for ease of use, simplicity, and reliability knowing full well that finding and fixing system errors and failures escalate greatly in later phases of a project or system’s life cycle.
  • Project Management.  Whatever role High Impact Services plays on a team or in a project our vast experience in Project Management increases our effectiveness.  As a PM we have successfully managed projects of all scopes, sizes, cost, and complexity so we can perform in that role.  As a team member we understand the needs of the PM and support accordingly and effectively.
