Quality Assurance Program

Because our team develops products for other organizations, we have been constrained to operate under their Quality processes. Although we do not have formalized High Impact Services Quality processes, we are quite familiar with those most commonly used, including the standards and guidelines published by the SEI, IEEE, FDA, and IEC.

Within our client processes, we typically monitor and maximize quality by utilizing:

  • Peer reviews of all products: designs, implementation code, training manuals, etc.
  • Complete functional testing of all delivered features
  • Unit testing and specialized analysis to detect particular classes of defects as needed
